Reservation policy

  • Guarantee Policy:

  • The full credit card number is required to confirm or guarantee the reservation, otherwise if the Hotel is 100% the reservation will be canceled after 12pm. In the event that the company has a credit agreement, the automatic charge of no-show will be made.

  • Cancellation Policy: cancellations are allowed before 24 hours on the day of arrival in the case of a group of rooms of 5 or more, the notification must be made 72 hours before.

  • Charges for no show: 1 room night and taxes as payment for the first night.

  • In the case of groups of more than 10 rooms, any change after two weeks before arrival will be penalized with 100% of the total value of the approved budget.

Cancellation of events

Once an event has been confirmed and the client, for whatever reason, proceeds to cancel it, a charge will be charged according to the following table:

 

With anticipation of at least:

Percentage receivable of the total value of the approved budget

Thirty (30) days

Twenty-five (25%) percent

Fifteen (15) days

Fifty (50%) percent

From One (1) to Fourteen (14) days

One hundred (100%) percent

 

 

2. The CCHM is not responsible for any change or cancellation of the event, due to weather conditions during the event, which will take place in the pool area.

 

         

3. In the event that the client is forced to reschedule the date of the event, it will be accepted as long as it is communicated in writing with a minimum of seven (07) CCHM days before the event takes place. For events contracted one week in advance, changes of date will be accepted but a penalty of 20% of the total event will be charged.
